What it costs

100 of 100 Founding Employer places left. Founding Employers get 12 months free + 10 job ads. You need a valid ABN. No card, no payment details.

• First 100 businesses Australia-wide; one slot per ABN.
• 12 months free subscription + 10 free job ads (credits) + Founding Employer badge.
• ABN check and identity check still apply; activation is admin-verified (no payment needed).
• Post at least 1 real job within 60 days of activation or the slot is released.
• Credits are for your own jobs only; no resale or transfer.
• After 12 months, normal pricing applies: A$48/yr with a bot, A$96/yr via Human Home, plus A$2/A$4 per job.

How it works (about 10 minutes)

1. Check your ABN. We look it up on the Australian Business Register and match the business name.
2. Register and confirm your email. Use an email at your business's own domain if you can; it speeds up the check.
3. Claim or post. Claim the listings H1R3 already collected for your business (each claim uses 1 job ad), or post a new job with a pay range and a short description (at least 200 characters).
4. Get applications from verified people. Applicants are at least Basic verified: confirmed email plus a quick selfie check that shows a real person. You can also ask for ID verified only.

Why bother

• Pay ranks first. Jobs that state pay show above jobs that don't, in search and on employer pages.
• Real people. Every applicant on an H1R3 job is verified, so no bulk bot spam.
• Bots can apply for people, honestly. Job seekers' own AI assistants find and apply through H1R3's open API and MCP server, always as a verified person.
• You see the reach. Each employer page shows how many real people viewed your jobs this week (bots and crawlers not counted).
